The following cover some key areas related to purchase on the Slim PharmEasy website. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before you use and buy anything on our site and check that they contain everything which you want and nothing that you are not willing to agree to.
Refunds and Returns
We are happy to offer you a full refund if you change your mind as long as the products have not been dispensed. Please email us on contact@slimpharmeasy.com quoting your order number and delivery address and we will process the refund.
Once the medication is dispensed the product becomes labelled and packed specifically for you and we are unable to re-use it. Due to this as well as legislation around prescription medication, you will not be able to cancel your order after it is dispensed and we are unable to offer you a refund. For the avoidance of doubt, if you have received your order and changed your mind (at any time after it was dispensed), you will be unable to return it and we will be unable to offer a refund.
Orders can be processed and dispensed on the same day of placing the order, therefore if you would like to make changes or cancel it, please ensure you contact us immediately after placing the order.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment card.
Please note that Slim PharmEasy does not manufacture any medicines and only dispenses medication and products licensed in the USA. You are not entitled to a refund if the efficacy does not meet your expectations or if you have been unable to lose a desired amount of weight. Undesirable side effects do occur when taking medication, therefore we are unable to offer any refunds in case of suffering from these effects. We do advise to order only order the smallest quantity of medication when you are first ordering to avoid the need of discarding the medication in case you cannot tolerate it. Prescription-only medication cannot be returned or refunded due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
If you have received a faulty device/pen then contact us as immediately, and within 24-48 Hours, by emailing us on contact@slimpharmeasy.com and we will look into the matter for you immediately. You will be asked to return the unused pen to the pharmacy using recorded/tracked delivery with a description of the fault. A case will be opened with the manufacturer for investigation and the faulty device will be sent to them for investigation. If confirmed faulty, the device will be replaced free of charge or a refund (or partial refund) will be issued.
Please note that the process can take up to 6 weeks. Until the manufacturers reach a conclusion, we will not be able to send a replacement or issue and refund. During this time you will need to place another order to avoid a gap in treatment.
Any faulty pens have to be reported within 45 days of receiving your order. After this time we will be unable to replace any faulty pens.
Please DO NOT send any products, medication or pens back to us unless we specifically ask you to do so. By law we will have to discard them once received and will not be liable for issuing refunds for any returned items unless we have asked you to do so in writing by email. This also applies to medications which have been returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Side Effects and Efficacy of Medication:
Please note that Mayfair Weight Loss Clinic does not manufacture any medicines and only dispenses medication and products licensed in the UK. You are not entitled to a refund if the efficacy does not meet your expectation or if you have been unable to lose a desired amount weight. Undesirable side effects do occur when taking medication, therefore we are unable to offer any refunds in case of suffering from these effects, whether listed by the manufacturers and the USA regulatory body (MHRA) or not. You will be asked to confirm that you have read through the official patient information leaflet and be aware of the common side effects prior to ordering the medication. We do advise to order only order the smallest quantity of medication when you are first ordering to avoid the need of discarding the medication in case you cannot tolerate it. Prescription only medication cannot be returned or refunded due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines.
Therefore, by ordering medication from the Mayfair Slim PharmEasy, you are agreeing to the purchase after making an conscious and informed decision that the efficacy may not meet your exceptions and that there may be side effects which you experience that are not listed, and agree that Slim PharmEasy will not be liable to issue any refunds if the product does not meet your desired efficacy or results in any side effects, whether or not they are listed or by the manufacturers in the patient information leaflet or elsewhere.
If you have received the wrong order then email us immediately on contact@slimpharmeasy.com and no later than 24 hours after delivery. We will investigate the matter and resolve it accordingly.
If you have not received your products:
Products are only shipped via a tracked service and you will receive full tracking details by email or sms when your product is being shipped. In the unlikely event of your shipment going missing in transit you will be given the option of either a full refund or replacement at no extra cost (once confirmed by the courier)
If however the courier attempted delivery and you were not there to receive it, or if you had given an incorrect shipping address then your order may be returned back to us. In that event you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement as part of the terms and conditions. Please ensure you are there to receive your order. If you would like your order shipped at a particular day then please let us know and we would be happy to dispatch it on another day.
Please contact us no later than 7 days after placing your order in case you have not received it. We aim only have a short window to investigate missing items. If you have not contacted us within this timeframe then we or the courier may be unable to investigate this.
Product integrity disputed due to a significant delay in delivery caused by the courier
If the medication has been delivered significantly late due to a delay caused by delivery company and cold chain is compromised, the product will need to be returned back to us, destroyed by the pharmacy and recorded as such prior to a replacement being issued or refund. You can either send it to us by tracked/recorded delivery or we can arrange a collection.
Please DO NOT discard the medication yourself. Unless it is returned back to us unused, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
Please note that replacements or refunds cannot be issued if delays are caused by unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier due to the patient or someone not being in to receive the order.
Delivery of your order being disputed:
In case of your order being shown as delivered and you have not received it, please inform us immediately and on the day it was due to be delivered. We will contact the courier who will raise an investigation which usually takes 6 working days to complete from the day the investigation starts. During this investigation they may send you a claim form to sign and return back to them. Once they have received the signed forms and conclude the investigation, we will get in touch with you with the outcome.
Please note that we will not be able to process a refund or send a replacement until the courier has concluded their investigation.
